Please note that this submission serves as a pre-registration. Your registration will be considered final and official only after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your payment and form are verified, the secretariat will send you a formal confirmation email along with instructions for abstract submission. Please follow those instructions to submit your abstract.

For Participants Without a Google Account
If you are unable to use the online registration form due to regional restrictions or other reasons, please follow the steps below to register:
1. Download the Registration File: Click the link below to download the Microsoft Excel registration form.
2. Complete the Form: Please read the instructions on each sheet carefully and fill in the required information on the "Registration" sheet.
3. Payment: You can make your payment via the link provided on the "FEE & Payment" sheet within the file.
4. Send file to us by e-mail (registration-apcc9(at)ml.toho-u.jp)
5. Confirmation & Abstract Submission: Once your payment and form are verified, the secretariat will send you a formal confirmation email along with instructions for abstract submission. Please follow those instructions to submit your abstract.

Terms and Conditions for Registration
RESISTRATION FEES
The participation fee includes access to all sessions, a welcome drink, three lunches, a reception dinner, coffee and light refreshments during breaks, and the conference management and proceedings.
We are planning to implement payment processing via PayPal.
Participants from Japan may also pay by bank transfer to a Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) account.

Note on Invoices and Receipts:
• Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon request. If you require an invoice before making your payment, please contact the secretariat at registration-apcc9[at]ml.toho-u.jp. We will send the PDF file to the email address used during your registration.
• Receipts: Standard receipts will be provided in physical form, tucked behind your name badge at the reception desk on the day of the conference.
• Advance Requests: If you need a digital copy of your invoice or receipt in advance, please send your request to registration-apcc9(at)ml.toho-u.jp. The secretariat will provide the documents in PDF format via email.
